By accessing or using the Lumes Icons website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using the site and log out. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access the service.
Access to certain features, including saving presets, requires authenticating via Discord OAuth2. We collect and save your Discord User ID and Username. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and agree not to share session credentials or bypass limit mechanisms.
Subject to compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to download, copy, modify, and distribute the custom icons generated using this service in both personal and commercial projects. This license does not include the right to resell or redistribute the icon packs as standalone assets or compile them into competing generator sites.
You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the website. Any unauthorized attempts to perform SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), request scraping, automated bulk downloads, or rate-limit bypasses are strictly prohibited. We monitor and reserve the right to log IP addresses and block access to any account suspected of spam or malicious activity.
In no event shall Lumes Icons, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, server downtime, or errors in generated assets. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
